An ace for Colorcopy

With Roland UV plotters, Brother and Hurricane Dtf machines and systems, the veteran graphic arts group is raising the bar when it comes to versatility, efficiency and productivity in the customisation arena

Among its most recent technological innovations dedicated to the customisation of objects, Colorcopy offers the Roland VersaObject Co 300 UV plotter for direct printing on ready-to-use products. Characterised by its high versatility and efficiency, the solution allows for customisation from single pieces up to large print runs; not just with printing, but also with textures, painting and tactile aspects, which can even be produced on uneven surfaces with thicknesses of up to 200 mm.

On the other hand, Colorcopy proposes new systems based on Dtf technology for advertising textiles, allowing any type of fabric to be customised. The new Brother Gtx Pro/Bulk Dtf is among the new products in the range. The product was launched on the market at the beginning of 2023 and offers industrial performance while guaranteeing minimum waste and an excellent cost/quality ratio. Productivity is ensured by the innovative ink refill system in 1.8 to 18-litre ink cans and the unique ink heads with internal recirculation technology.

Colorcopy also offers the Dtf Hurricane system, which is available in two different formats with 40 and 60 cm spans, both of which can be customised with 2, 3 or 4 printheads to effectively meet specific needs in terms of size and productivity. The wide range of inks, which also includes fluorescent colours, provides durable prints with vivid colours, even at high speeds of up to 18ml/h.
