Just a few months after entering direct-to-film and launching the first solution in the TxF150-75 series Mimaki Europe now presents the TxF300-75 model. The new printer integrates the already known stability and functionality with three times the printing speed, meeting the productivity needs of large companies. “The innovative 80 cm wide format introduced with our first Dtf printer”, points out Arjen Evertse, General Sales Manager of Mimaki Europe, “remains a feature of this new system and allows customers to print more efficiently. It also preserves the Mimaki technologies that solve the issues common to other Dtf printers on the market with ink ejection and sedimentation”.

The reliability of Mimaki's Dtf printer series is due to the integrated ink circulation system that prevents clogging of white ink, as well as the degassed ink packaging, which reduces the risk of poor ejection. The new printer also includes Mimaki's key features, including Ncu (Nozzle Check Unit) and Nrs (Nozzle Recovery System), for stable and uninterrupted print production. Last but not least, the Dtf process allows customers to print on a wider range of materials such as cotton, polyester, mixed fabrics and dark colours.

In line with Mimaki's sustainability goals, the TxF300-75 uses Eco-Passport-certified Pht50 pigment inks, which help reduce its environmental impact by meeting Oeko-Tex certification requirements.

A company with a vocation for integrated solutions, Mimaki also announced a collaboration with Adkins, a thermal transfer technology manufacturer, which has developed the Inline 800 Dtf Powder Shaker Cure Unit; this is a finishing solution that perfectly matches Mimaki's Dtf systems in both size and quality. Of course, this unit is also compatible with the new TxF300-75.
