Better quality and shorter screen printing times with this year's new Freestyler printer

Realized earlier this year, the Freestyler screen printing for the Peakjet frame printer already has a prestigious client list of international appointments between England and the United States under its belt. By printing directly onto the photo emulsion, Freestyler improves quality by significantly reducing screen printing production time. An additional asset is the fact that PeakJet also controls the proprietary ink and printing software.

Based in the Aosta Valley’s Pont Saint Martin, Peakjet develops and manufactures inkjet printing and microdeposit systems, with the know-how for the integration of both thermal and piezo-electric technologies and collaborating with Thallosjet for the development of project-specific inks and fluids.

In almost four years, Peakjet has developed four innovative products for completely different markets: in addition to the screen-printing printer just described, it has produced one for cake decoration and developed a printing system with special inks, which can also be cured in ultraviolet light, to meet complex requirements such as the coding of metal foils subjected to resistance tests in the aluminium industry. The same system is also undergoing the prototyping phase in order to be developed into a microdepository for functional fluids in a research environment (Politecnico di Torino).
