Proposals from Shockline for direct to film

The DTF Sl system uses direct foil technology for optimal colour and performance on any fabric type

At the upcoming edition of PTE, Shockline is showcasing its new DTF Sl system which is based on a Japanese-made printer - the VJ628D with STS-Mutoh inkjet technology - developed for direct-to-film printing. The system uses STS Inks, 100% American inks that are guaranteed, distributed worldwide, non-toxic and environmentally sustainable.

Direct-to-film technology, which consists of direct digital printing on special PET transfer films that are then heat transferred onto any type of natural, synthetic and mixed fabric (white and dark) - including not pre-treated cotton, silk, polyester, denim, nylon - and even onto leather and other materials, guarantees vivid colours, flawless rendering and high washing resistance (personalised garments withstand over 50 washes).
