Commtec revolutionises printing with state-of-the-art machines

At the special edition of PTE 2021, Commtec will present a preview of two new machines that will change classic printing systems. A mix of precision, reliability, fuel economy and potential, all for excellent results

Commtec is presenting a national preview of two new machines in the special edition of PTE 2021: Doctor Plotter DTF- 6200 Pro Digital Transfer Film and SureColor SC-F3000. The former is a revolutionary digital printing system that replaces the old silkscreen technologies for printing and customising sports and workwear. This new technology is linked to a series of advantages such as on-demand production, the ability to print as much and when needed, without having to absorb the production costs of the frames, and being able to produce prints with up to 16 million colours. In addition there is also the elimination of harmful products in the preparation of the frames such as solvent-based ink, gelatine, thinner for washing and unloading or disposal costs, as well as the cutting and contouring of thermoadhesive films and the ability to print very small characters thanks to Epson heads with a resolution of up to 1400 dpi.

The SC-F3000, on the other hand, is a versatile DTG solution that allows users to respond quickly to incoming orders. The high accuracy and quality enables companies to offer fast turnaround times, even allowing the production of complex images on a variety of light and dark cotton garments. This DTG printer offers low total cost of ownership for medium to large businesses in the apparel and t-shirt industries. In addition, the self-adjusting height function of the plates allows easy switching between garments of different levels of thickness, and the external 1.5 litre bag system speeds up ink loading and resetting. You can also monitor the status of your printer from both mobile devices and PCs using Epson's Production Monitor software.
