Today, Acetaia Bellei stands out for producing a Modena balsamic vinegar of superior quality through its carefully selected raw ingredients, solely Italian and from specialist local suppliers.

Among the company's products available for personalisation, which the company is presenting at PTE 2022, is the Precious Blu Gift Box, an elegant package composed of a bottle of Precious “Azzurra” balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI: high-density and characterised by a well-balanced sweet-and-sour taste in which the fruity notes evoke hints of plum, fig and autumn fruits, with flavour nuances ranging from wood to caramel, from cinnamon to cooked fruit. Maturation takes place exclusively in oak casks. The Gift Box is made of paper, with no glue dots, so it is also recyclable.
